1. How to listen to RAM files I just downloaded? I must be missing some software.
2. Where can I download Raff sheet music (his chamber music)

Because of the need to protect copyright, you can't download the RealAudio musical examples. They "stream" - can only be listened to whilst online. The .RAM files are merely text pointers to the actual sound files (which have the extension .RA as it happens).

You'll need to install the RealAudio player if it isn't already available. Once you have, the music will stream automatically once you click on a link. It is available already on most PCs and MACs (which is why I use the format), but if you follow the link on www.raff.org/music.htm you'll be able to download a copy. The Real site tries very hard to sell you a player, but with a little diligence you can track down the free version.

I'm afraid I don't know of any site where you can download Raff sheet music. Sources of printed sheet music are to be found at www.raff.org/scores.htm.
