From memory (I'm writing this on a cruise liner!) there is an original edition of the score in the British Library "pre-1981 music collection" and I guess that you should be able to get hold of a facsimile of that in some format or other. If you haven't already done so, get hold of the excellent monograph written on the cycle - its easy to track down, just look at www.raff.org/books.htm. Sorry to have been of so little help...
